TomTom's General Meeting of Shareholders approves the (re-)appointment of Supervisory Board membersAmsterdam, 25 April 2007 - TomTom N.V. announces the General Meeting of Shareholders held today in Amsterdam, has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Doug Dunn, Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, for a new term of four years, effective as of April 25 2007.

The General Meeting of Shareholders also approved the appointment of Mr. Karel Vuursteen and Mr. Rob van den Bergh as members of the Supervisory Board for an initial term of four years also effective as of April 25 2007.
