Management Board


Remuneration

The Remuneration Policy is determined by the Supervisory Board, upon a proposal by the Remuneration Committee. This policy is most recently amended by the General Meeting in 2014.

For the Remuneration Policy for TomTom’s Management Board, and the application hereof in 2017, reference is made to the 2017 Remuneration Report. This report is part of the Annual Report and can be found here.
