Management Board


The Remuneration Policy is determined by the Supervisory Board, upon a proposal by the Remuneration Committee. This policy is most recently amended by the General Meeting in 2014. The objective of this policy is to provide for remuneration in a manner that qualified and expert managers can be recruited and retained and are rewarded consistent with TomTom's performance.
