TomTom announces Marina Wyatt to step down as CFO

Amsterdam, 11 May 2015 – TomTom NV today announces that Marina Wyatt will leave TomTom at the end of July 2015 in order to take up the position of CFO of the London based UBM plc, a global events and communications company. Marina has served as CFO of TomTom since 2005.

"Over the past ten years, Marina has been crucial to the success of TomTom", says Harold Goddijn, CEO of TomTom, "Right from the beginning with our IPO on NYSE Euronext Amsterdam in 2005, through the whole evolution of our company, Marina has added tremendous value with her financial expertise and leadership. We regret seeing Marina leave our company as she was not only a very good professional but also a great team player and a friend. We wish her all the best in her new position at UBM."

Marina Wyatt comments: "I have hugely enjoyed my time at TomTom and am sad to leave my friends and colleagues here.
