Amsterdam, 2 May 2014 – TomTom (TOM2) announces that the Annual General Meeting on 1 May 2014 voted in favour of all voting items. This included the proposed appointments of Jacqueline Tammenoms Bakker and Anita Elberse as new members of the Supervisory Board. The appointments are for a term of four years and are effective as of 1 May 2014.
