TomTom's AGM approves the appointment of Peter Wakkie as member of the Supervisory Board

Amsterdam, 28 April 2009 - TomTom NV announces that the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held today approved the appointment of Mr Peter Wakkie as member of the Supervisory Board for an initial term of four years, effective as of 28 April 2009 and subject to the rotation schedule.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders also approved the re-appointment of Harold Goddijn and Marina Wyatt as members of the Management Board for a period of four years, effective as of 28 April 2009.

TomTom also announces that all further proposals on the agenda have been adopted by the General Meeting of Shareholders. The adopted resolutions can be found on TomTom's website: http://investors.tomtom.com/agm.cfm
