Initial Public Offering of TomTom NV: Full Exercise of Overallotment2 June 2005 TomTom NV ( TomTom ), a leading provider of personal navigation products and services, announces that Goldman Sachs International and Lehman Brothers, as joint global coordinators and joint bookrunners, have fully exercised their over-allotment option to require the selling shareholders to sell an additional 4,017,857 existing ordinary shares at a price of 17.50 per ordinary share.
